13 Account Termination

kb77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where kb77 has reason to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached.
• The account is being operated by a person under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity is associated with the account.
• The account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to kb77.

Upon termination for cause, kb77 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct or breach of these Terms, any verified, non-bonus balance will be returned to the player via their last used payment method.

You may also close your kb77 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Outstanding balance withdrawal requests must be submitted prior to account closure.

14 Amendments to These Terms
